1. Run: This option can be used to execute the complete Project.
2. Debug: This option can used to execute project in debug mode.
3. Debug file: Execute current file in debug mode.
4. Run file: Execute current file

Run- it will start executing from main file
Debug- it provides us the extensive way of checking our workflow as expected by selecting step-into, step over, break-points etc..
Debug file- same properties as Debug, but it will debug the current workflow.
Rule file- Run current workflow(Depends upon Developer)

Run: Execution starts from Main.xaml
Debug: Execution Starts from Main.xaml. Execute the Project before running and throws an error if any. If there are no errors its continue the execution process and run the file. If there are any errors we can check them out in the output panel.
RunFile: Executes the current working/selected file of developer choice.
DegubFile: Execute current working/Selected file of developer choice and throws an error if any. If there are no errors its continue the execution process and run the file, if there are any errors we can check them out in the output panel.

if main.xaml is changed to be an entry point then it will not execute in run always, so what ever file is selected as main entry point then it will be executed in run and debug options
