Does Valkey currently support streaming access from Clients written in C#?

If so how is this acheived?

There appears to be quite a learning curve to figure out as to what Redis features/support carry over into Valkey.

Perhaps some form of Road Map for the perplexed in the documentation may help make this task easier.
