Erreur sur make install #3

Voilà le message d'erreur :

politics-open-data ) make install
mkdir -p data
s3cmd get --recursive s3://public-shared-everybody/politics-open-data/data/ data/
ERROR: S3 error: 403 (AccessDenied): Access Denied
make: *** [getdata] Error 1

Quand je tente un s3cmd ls j'ai :

politics-open-data ) s3cmd ls s3://public-shared-everybody
ERROR: Access to bucket 'public-shared-everybody' was denied

Le bucket existe-t-il toujours ? Faut-il demander un accès particulier ?
