the fixture help.json has obsolete homepage image map code and the help sucks #498

What to do:

  1. Delete the homepage layout in help.json.
  2. Add a new fixture with the correct image map code.
  3. Update help.json contents: a lot of the help text is obsolete.

Can you be more specific about which help sucks?

Actually, an exercise like improving the help could be done either by someone who already knows the system well; or possibly by someone who wants to learn the system well.

There are also a couple technical things to do, to set it up for some non-tech to enter the help text.

Just some thoughts, feel free to disregard. :) (I don't know which ones suck, but possibly almost all of them? And many are probably non-existent too.)
