User needs to click twice in order to click on submit button due to resizing of the message field

Repro on devices : Google Pixel 2XL(11.0) Google Pixel XL(10.0),iPhone 12(14.7.1), iPhone 13 mini (15.1.1), OnePlus 7T(11.0)

Pre-condition:
1] User must have installed the application
2] User must have completed onboarding process
3] User must be on help page

Repro Steps :
1] Tap on the message field
2] Enter text and observe the field goes upside when keyboard opens
3] Submit button will be seen enabled
4] Click on submit button
5] Observe the field is seen resized again
6] again click on submit

Bug: The message field is seen resizing due to which user needs to click on submit / screen twice in order to click on submit button

Expected Behavior : The message field should be stay static and user should be able to click on submit button in one flow
