Support for PostGIS

PostGIS is a spatial database extender for PostgreSQL object-relational database. It adds support for geographic objects allowing location queries to be run in SQL.

I would love to see support for it in our Vapor postgresql driver.
To be able to declare those types and to run queries from Fluent

+1 to this. I would say this is the only thing holding me back from making a complete move. On the other hand, can we use raw query for GIS?
