Error message: DB Error: unknown error #69

I've recently installed the extension and am getting a DB Error when the "Email Zoom Participants" scheduled job is run each day.

Steps I've taken:

I've turned debug & backtrace mode on, but the no details are displayed when the job is run and the error generated.
Screen capture of the error (attached)

Would appreciate any suggestions and/or recommendations on how I might be able to fix/resolve the issue.
