Twitter: Existing vegastrike account

https://twitter.com/Vegastrike would be nice to get; but I can't figure out how to contact them.
We do not want to file anything with twitter against them other than to talk to the individual; not sure twitter does that.

I think we can do it but we need to get a trademark[1].
Even i am not a fan of intellectual property but this is the best way to do it.

I'd rather reach out peacefully instead of filing a complaint.

Also, a trademark is expensive and requires we have legal counsel to continue protecting it.

Google search shows that https://steamcommunity.com/id/vegastrike333 might be the same person... but I don't speak Portuguese or Spanish.

NOTE: Changed the title of this issue to reflect that this is about the existing vegastrike twitter account and anything that might lead to us being able to contact the owner to use it...not likely, but we can track the conversation here. Unless we get it from that person then anything will be under #2 for an actual Twitter account in line with #1.
