Not sure if this is something we can toss in the jest configuration, or set as an environment variable. Best case, we have a dedicated address on our LAN that we can set, maybe even a dynamic ip address like http://traffic-lights.vehikl.com that could redirect to the LAN ip of the vehikl/node-trafficlights server.
