Hey! I use Turborepo in https://github.com/hey-api/openapi-ts and I want to run certain commands only on packages that were modified or would be impacted by the changes made. My problem is that modifying a simple description in packages/openapi-ts will mark everything except for the documentation as affected. This is not true. I understand why examples would think they need to be rebuilt (@hey-api/openapi-ts is in dependencies) and I am okay with that. However, none of the other packages depend on @hey-api/openapi-ts, so why are they getting marked as affected? You can see the issue in a simple pull request like this hey-api/openapi-ts#1698 (comment)
