VS App Building Blocks

VertiGIS apps rely on common building blocks that are used throughout the suite. There are two main systems, the Designer and the Viewer. Each have common template features that should be explained and demonstrated to users.

Add a new section within the design system to explain and demonstrate what makes a VertiGIS Studio app.

The section's goal is to quickly onboard designers when they need to create a new app or to learn about changes. New developers could find this helpful as well.
