Header and footer inserts

I would like to build some custom headers and footers, I actually did it six years ago but lost the code. I think the time to turn the imageboad into a more mainstream posting platform is here, millions love this anonymous discussion, I'm going to use it like a classified ad system for anything for sale. Free speech drives conversations, which drive sales. I'm using it on my HowToGetRich.com as a thrift store for domain names under $200 is my concept. Also to have a /biz/ type discussions.
