Quick reply not working properly

The quick reply js progressed from losing the button unless a post number got clicked on in order to bring up the quick reply form to quick reply not working at all.

The list of additional javascripts I have loaded are

Fixed the issue by disabling inline.js and moving quick-reply.js lower in the load order
