Lunar Month Option

Once the moon settings are set, it would be nice if there was an option to use lunar months or years: Ignoring the "days in a month" setting, the month or year starts on the phase of the moon.

Lots of calendars do this. I've just created one based on the Akkadian calendar - each month begins on the crescent moon - but it's going to get out of sync, even with the intercalary month, unless I'm constantly adjusting it. This option would allow Hebrew and Muslim calendars as well.

Currently, the only way to guarantee that the month always starts on the same phase of the moon is to change the lunar cycle to fit the calendar, instead of the other way around.
