Warn when hiking routes have members with forward or backward roles

Usually hiking routes shouldn't have these roles (with very few exceptions).

In these cases, a whole segment must have one of these role.

A ---- B ===== C ---- D
Segments A-B and C-D must haven't any role.
Both segments B-C must have forward or backward roles (depending the direction of each way)
