I try linux32 ./configure --build=i686-pc-linux-gnu "CFLAGS=-m32" "CXXFLAGS=-m32" "LDFLAGS=-m32" , but it doesn't work.

It didn't worked for me too. Tried --host=i386 and --host=x86.
