Change the organizations index calls to be to accounts

Accounts endpoints return more information than organizations endpoint. Change the accounts index endpoints to be to accounts rather than the current calls to organizations.

This should remove the current weird behavior where searching existing accounts does not return results for accounts with less than 1 process created.
