Use the UI to add ERC1155 Support to Votecaster using Census3

Problem:
Census3 cannot manage ERC1155 NFTs by default because it lacks the ability to distinguish when these tokens behave as fungible versus non-fungible.

Solution:
When a user selects "NFT" or "ERC20" to define the census of their Community and uses an ERC1155 token, the selector should automatically be used to define the behavior of the token for Census3. This will enable Census3 to properly manage the ERC1155 tokens based on their specified behavior.
