• Bumps support to nng 1.8.0.
• Fixes TLS tests by:
  • adding new cert/key
  • adding tls config setting for client's trusted CA path
• Moves to Java 11 as minimum target version. (It's 2024. Let's do this.)
• Updates gradle wrapper.
• Cleans up demo steps to reflect new Gradle config.
