How used vue-icons with vue-cli and webpack

I have a problem with the installation of vue-icons in my project, according to the documentation it says that I have to put the following in my webpack.config

but in my project configured with vue-cli webpack, I do not have the webpack.config
and I would like your help to be able to use vue-icons, where I have to load what they indicate to me.
