always keep the cents empty

hello , there is any ways when you start typing , you keep always the the cents like this - ,00 ?
I want to lock the possibility of the user to change the centes , the cents will be always like this - ,00 .
, like if the user type -

4000 , 

it will be like this -

$ 4.000,00 ;

Olá teria alguma forma to manter os centavos ? não permitindo o usuário para fazer alterações nos centavos sempre mandendo os centavos em ,00 ?

@murilolivorato Set the precision to 0 (no decimal places) and the suffix to ,00.
