Missing inspect button in dev tools

tested on versions 7.6.0+ while using the host app: http://localhost:3000/__devtools__/ in the components the inspect button is missing, using the inspect kb shortcut opens the floating inspector even when it;s turned off.
tried clearing cache, ram dns browser ... even my life but still the button is gone might be to the recent changes to the inspect shortcut. Mentioning that in the floating dev tools the inspect button is still near the search bar.

This is by design. Because it doesn't work in separate window mode. See #540.

Ok I understand, that means I am forced to use the floating thing correct?
please note that if you have dev tools extension and the server running and you inspect from the extension it will force the floating thing to open even tho is disabled (hidden)

Using the chrome extension doesn't open the component in my cursor/vscode, the server package does but it doesn't have an inspect button :) fun times
