Hi,
by chance I noticed an e-mail on the IETF-HTTP-WG mailing list by Rob Sayre of a talk by Justin Richer on HTTP-Sig at the in the SECDISPATCH IETF meeting. Furthermore he seemed to be expressing interest in it being taken up by the HTTP WG.

The discussion is quite interesting, as another I-D could offspring from that.

You can send comments to the IETF-HTTP mailing list in support of the first proposal. See

There is now an official draft within the HTTP working group for HTTP Message Signatures. That draft is at:

https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-message-signatures-00

Work on that draft will continue in the HTTP working group using the HTTP working group's tools and repositories. The editors of that draft are currently working on importing the spec text to the HTTP WG repository.
