Certifier contact in Schema to ONIX correspondance

In ONIX code list 196, the certifier contact can be given to the end customer:

• 98 = Trusted Intermediary contact
• 99 = Publisher contact for further accessibility information

Nota: for some reason, there is no 100 value for the independant organization contact. This kind of organisation probably refuses to manage publishers' customers, and become their hotline (which is not their mission at all).

It would be interesting to mention that there is no correspondance for this information in Schema so far.
The value of this new accessibilityContact property could be a pointer to a Schema https://schema.org/Organization eventually.
