The current definition is a bit too generic. It would probably help to beef it up by adding specific properties that must be controllable, and the issues that can limit control (e.g., using style attributes or !important rules).

The definition is the one provided by schema.org.
displayTransformability.
The problem is the ONIX translation, which is wrong.
It should be 196-36 All textual content can be modified instead of 175-E200 Reflowable. Reflow is something different from customized styling (though it may interfere of course).
