"(outgoing/incoming) WebRTC connection" is used in N40, N41, N42, N45, N46, N47 but seems to have no definition. "WebRTC connection" leads my mind to establishing a connection using ICE, but I think the context here has more of an RTP flavor. In other places we talk about "connection" as something a user-agent can establish.
