I have just discovered that GitHub is slowly deploying a new style of issues. It changes the way the form looks like and allows one to create custom forms for issues that are bugs, discussions or just questions. More info at https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/configuring-issue-templates-for-your-repository#creating-issue-forms

I think it would be good to evaluate this and deploy for different repositories we have.
