Feature Request Operator | WSM - Provide a full template example

Description

Considering the customer will use WSM in an automated mode and wants to deploy a working W&B installation without having to fix errors via port-forward (not available for all customers) to operator console.
We need a template where customers can specify all (MySQL, Prometheus, Kafka, stackdriver…, or any other) the images by W&B Operator previously downloaded via wsm download and pushed to their internal registries.

This will ensure the customer can automate their installation without waiting for errors to be fixed via the console.
