新创建一个项目，用fetch发起请求的时候出现network request failed。查询说是iOS9引入了新特性App Transport Security (ATS)。默认是HTTPS请求，屏蔽了HTTP请求。按照google到的解决办法，修改Info.plist文件，但还是没有成功。请问有什么解决办法吗？
