Scroll not Working in Safari 9.0 (10601.1.56.2)

Hi,

I found that scroll function is not working in the latest version of Safari 9.0 (build 10601.1.56.2). By using touch pad and magic mouse, you need to hold one finger and to scroll using the other one. However, mouse with wheel works fine.

Firefox, Chrome in OS X and IE, Firefox, Chrome in Windows also work fine with touch pad and magic mouse.
