Change format (deeper customization)

What you did right here is very useful ! I can easily compute some graphs without knowing the javascript language ! 👍

I was wondering if I could go a little bit further with the customization of graphs like changing values, and so on.
In this particular case: http://c3js.org/samples/pie_label_format.html they modify the label format, is it possible using the script you wrote ? What do you think ?
