struggling witht he proper provisioner for this, using ceph
kubectl get sc
NAME PROVISIONER RECLAIMPOLICY VOLUMEBINDINGMODE ALLOWVOLUMEEXPANSION AGE
cephfs cephfs.csi.ceph.com Delete Immediate true 3d19h
general (default) rbd.csi.ceph.com Delete Immediate true 3d19h

howerver setting that pvcs failed to be created
