Unable to install prefixr using package control #16

I am not able to install Prefixr.

Package Control: Error downloading package. HTTP error 407 downloading http://sublime.wbond.net/Prefixr.sublime-package.
ignored packages updated to: [Vintage]

Other package are getting installed without hitch. I have already made proxy changes to Package Control.sublime-settings and set time out to 100. But still i am getting above error.
