Disappearing off UI

I'm having an issue where when I add a new extension to Automatic1111 this one vanished off my UI in img2img. My preferred workflow was to generate a large batch of quick, low intensity images, then use your amazing tool to upscale and correct errors before moving into detailed inpainting and other corrections. Not sure why this is happening. I can backup to a previous state and it will reappear. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the tool after it vanished and it didn't show up again. Are there other extensions this one doesn't like to play nice with?
