refiner causes incremental render time with each subsequent render

I've done a few small modifications to this extensions and forked this repo.

I can't reproduce your issue with my fork. In contrary, in a small test run I encountered decreasing rendering time.

It seems to increase the VRAM usage after first run - even if it is not enabled in the img2img or txt2img settings at all.
Source: had some issues with VRAM usage and did some extensive testing disabling all extensions and re-enabling one by one.

I did exactly the same until I found the culprit
