Help with how to start

Hey there, I know this is a pretty old repository but I see there's been an update in the last year. I'm looking at using vim-notebook to accompany prose writing and to house a list of to-dos and rewrite notes. It seems like it will do what I'm hoping it will, but I'm just not able to figure out how to get started.

I've had a look through the .vim file and see there are some mappings for :VimNotebook etc, but I can't figure out how to actually use this. Any tips, or somewhere you could point me please?
