Description

The Desktop sidebar flickers too much. Make the desktop sidebar more consistent by disabling it's flickering (appear + disappear effect) too often. The desktop sidebar should be visible by default to lessen the "flickering" effect.

Lessen (or disable) the desktop sidebar flickering on the following scenarios:

  1. After a successful sign-in
  2. When navigating from the /contacts page to the /contacts/edit page
  3. When navigating from the /contacts/edit page back to the /contacts
  4. When pressing the sidebar icons: Theme, Animate, Download and Settings

Please view the attached videos showing the flickering desktop sidebar for reference.
