0mph detailedForecast period wind wording differences from weather.gov point & click forecasts

I am not sure if this is a bug or by design. It appears to be a bug though.

At any grid period with 0 mph winds, such as currently: https://api.weather.gov/gridpoints/EWX/155,90/forecast

Winds of 0 mph are reported as calm in the point and click forecast pages, but the API will report a wind direction with a speed of 0 mph.

API example:
This Afternoon: Sunny. High near 61, with temperatures falling to around 57 in the afternoon. Northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 38. North northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 57. North northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 35. North northwest wind 0 to 10 mph.
