Tuxedo Backlight Control v0.4

- moved postinstall shell script logic directly to archive folders
- finetuned packaging with fpm
- fix breaking bug with unrecognized colors from v0.3
- correct errors in .deb package with lintian
- pylint and pycodestyle ui.py
- update readme.md

Note: the Red hat package in the releases here is experimental, hasn't been tested.
