Create vvvxPointings with VVVX tile Ids (B336 etc) and ra/dec

Data for original VVV area is in VVVDR5 release.

For others - perhaps I was sent it in an email from Phil or Dante - check. If not check VVV website.

Got data - but ra dec sexagesimal (ugh) and file has formatting issues.
Need to sort it out and upload it.
Also has l,b coordinates. I might make vvvxPointings have those too as they are useful!
