7 objects have VarBands like '%Ks%' and KsAmpl<0.: so have variability found in Ks band and no Ks Ampl.

These objects are from the list of 3062 variables in LMC_7_5, that is a list of all variables.
Not the list of 39 variable YSOs. Just to be clear....

To answer your question, this is probably not correct. I don't have a version of the catalogue though.
There is even a source without K-band that is variable in the K-band!

As I cannot check independently, we have two options. The obvious one is we remove these sources. The other is to try to get the magnitudes from the database and check what the light curves look like. Nick as you are the VSA wizard, would you be able to query the database to get the lightcurves? It is likely that just by looking at them we can see if the var band is wrong.

Should rename catalogue to reflect it isn't Variable YSOs.

Trying to produce light curves, but found issues with matplotlib.
