Implement new Schema Browser design for MOONS website

Implement the schema browser using a new more dynamic DataTables design such that it fits in more nicely with a new responsive-website design.

We could make use of this to also bring the schema browser closer to the query interface as per the LSST RSP portal thing which Mike "demo'ed" which uses Firefly
