A website user notified me by PM that they frequently receive private messages with game invitations etc from a certain person whom they have asked explicitly to stop sending them messages.
The proposed solution is to add a feature that allows users to block another user from writing them PMs.

The message system has to be exchanged for the next upgrade, so another messaging system might have this feature already.
