2. Click "View on GitHub" links for numerous tools

• OAuth Hello World: "View on GitHub" does not link to GitHub but to https://tools.wmflabs.org/oauth-hello-world/index.php?action=download
• MassMailer: "View on GitHub" does not link to GitHub but to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/tool-massmailer/
• Search Starter: "View on GitHub" does not link to GitHub but to https://glitch.com/edit/#!/wikipedia-search-starter
