If you are running into trouble, it might help to use this beginners guide from @npdoty. This is not guaranteed to be kept up to date, but it may help. Thanks @npdoty!
One of the WebFaction support staff created a community wiki where he outlines an alternative approach. This one requires that you create the support ticket manually, however.
