Describe the bug
App crashes when selecting a category from the Categories and Phrases screen.

Note: this may not be implemented inferring from these test cases:

"??? As of 5/24/2022 the feature has not been implemented on Android, with no known ticket in the backlog ???"

To Reproduce

Open app
Tap settings button
Tap Categories and Phrases
Tap General button

This occurs for other category buttons and also for the add button "+".

Expected behavior
Screen displays options for 'General' categories

Actual Behavior
App displays screen briefly, then crashes
