I'm using Supermium Version 124.0.6367.245 (Official Build) (32-bit).
There is no drop down web address bar.
Is it possible to add one?
If yes how?

I don't believe it's easily possible. I think the best option is the suggestions (both local and search engine-provided) when typing items into the bar.

That sucks.
360 Chrome based on Chrome 86 has a drop down address bar and the way more up to date Supermium based on Chrome 124 doesn't.
It's unfortunate.

... Do you know/remember whether official Google Chrome (or Chromium) 86 did come with such a GUI feature? Besides, 360EEv13.x was a Chinese closed-source fork, so it isn't transparent how they added that in (if "they" did and it was not available already in stock Cr86) ...
Do also note that Google themselves do tend to dumb-ify their browser's GUI 😞 as the major versions grow up; "advanced" (read: of certain age) users are being side-kicked, Google only care for younger (mobile-orientated) users who had little proper prior experience with desktop browser GUIs of previous eras (e.g. IE and pre-Quantum Firefox versions); with Chromium's top GUI being inaccessible by WebExtensions, it's quite hard to modify it easily (e.g add new elements) ...

FWIW, this address-bar drop-down button had different functions in different browsers, e.g. in IE its tooltip mentions Show address bar autocomplete, in 360EEv13.x the button's tooltip displays View recently visited sites; I think you can access the same info by visiting chrome://history in Supermium; just a thought 😉 ...

As other browsers like Firefox, IE, they have Address Bar is shown as a drop-down list so user can easy access to the history sites by clicking on address bar. Many users familiar with using this way. That's the disadvantage prevent me using Chrome now.

We discussed this early on and decided this feature is too obscure and little-used to be worth the extra UI and complexity. Although I'm sure others have missed this feature, you're the first I've heard, so in retrospect I think our view was probably correct.
You can always hit control-H to view the most recent sites.
