After my actual testing, the issue of the webpage not displaying any text and crashing is not related to the operating system or its updates. I am using Windows 10 on the same computer, but the same issue persists; However, when used on computers with different hardware configurations, this issue was not found. On my computer, the 32-bit version still has this issue and requires the removal of dwrite.dll, while the 64 bit version has been functioning normally since version 126R4 and does not require the removal of dwrite.dll. I speculate that this seems to be related to the graphics card driver. My graphics card model is AMD FirePro W8100, and the driver version is 18.Q4.1, For gaming graphics cards, the driver version is 18.9.3.
