Request for script that can cause Better Notes template to run automatically when a specific tag is assigned to item

Hello,

My current workflow:

1. I run the Better Notes template manually when I finish annotating a paper.
2. Then I export the note to Obsidian with 2-way sync enabled.

Could someone help me create a script that can do these things things automatically when I use a tag? I would like to tag finished papers with something like "Noted".

So the event of tagging an item "Noted" will trigger the following actions automatically:

1. Export all annotations of that item into an item note using a specified Better Notes template.
2. Export the item note generated above into a markdown file inside a specified Obsidian folder with 2-way sync enabled.
