Less typing of version numbers

With the use command you have to specify a fully qualified version number. It would be nice to have tab completion at the command line and/or wildcards, e.g. mlvm use 7.

Tab completion would be great, but the setup is a little awkward. The user needs to source the completion script, or add it to their .profile file.
